CI&T is seeking a Security & Privacy Governance Lead to own the classification, masking, and governance design for a large-scale Finance data platform modernization, partnering with the Principal Data Architect to translate governance requirements into implemented policy.

This role leads the classification and masking design during the design‑validation phase, defines access tiering across the data estate, and collaborates with client security, privacy, and compliance teams to secure sign‑off

Formación

• Hands-on data security/governance on enterprise platforms.
• Experience with data classification, dynamic masking, and row-level security (Snowflake preferred).
• Ability to design column-level lineage across multi-layer data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data privacy in regulated sectors (financial services, healthcare).
• Fluent English (C1) for client engagements and gate reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sensitive-data classification across source tables and values.
• Design dynamic data masking policies and row-access controls by role/unit.
• Define raw vs curated access tiering and least-privilege model.
• Design column-level lineage from source to reports and auditable end-to-end.
• Support MDM to standardize key metrics across the platform.
• Deliver governance artifacts in platform and client repos.
• Partner with Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams for design approvals.
• Assist integration of artifacts into client's enterprise catalog/governance tools.
