CI&T is seeking a hands-on Principal Data Architect to lead a large-scale data platform modernization for a major US mortgage lender. You will own end-to-end target architecture from CDC replication to a layered Snowflake lakehouse and curated BI semantic models, while working hands-on with developers to build and validate the solution.

Formación
- Hands-on delivery experience on enterprise data platform modernization.
- Experience architecting cloud data platforms on Snowflake with layered models.
- Experience with Fabric/OneLake and cross-platform interoperability.
- Experience CDC-based replication pipelines from relational sources.
- Experience designing governed BI semantic layers for reporting tools.
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end target architecture spanning CDC replication and lakehouse to data warehouse.
- Author architecture decision records for transformation, load, and interoperability.
- Design curated data layer and dimensional model with runtime-calculated values.
- Design a single certified BI semantic model consumed by multiple tools.
- Work hands-on in the codebase with the development team.
- Lead technical discovery with client architecture, security, and platform teams.
- Own quality gates for architecture decisions and provide evidence for sign-off.
- Mentor the team on transformation patterns and data-quality design.
