EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Data DevOps Engineer to strengthen our data infrastructure and optimize deployment workflows. You will design and maintain data pipelines, implement automation for deployments, and collaborate with data scientists to improve accessibility and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in Data DevOps, strong Kafka, Docker, and cloud skills, plus excellent communication in English. You will join a global team delivering cutting-edge data platforms and scalable solutions.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data DevOps or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in data pipeline tools such as Apache Kafka, containerization technologies like Docker, and cloud services.
• Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborative projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in technical and complex environments.
• Effective communication skills to encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for documentation and collaboration.
