TMF Group is seeking an experienced Data Architect to shape how data is structured, governed and delivered across the organization. You will define the enterprise data architecture, drive standards, and guide teams in building scalable, secure data solutions across the lake, lakehouse and data warehouse layers.

You will own logical and physical models, canonical entities, and semantic layers, enabling trusted BI and analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, software engineering, mathematics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data management, data engineering or business intelligence, including 4+ years in data architecture for warehouses/lakes/lakehouses.
• Expert-level data modelling (dimensional/Kimball, 3NF, data vault) with modelling tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks) and Microsoft Fabric; Snowflake is a plus.
• Advanced SQL and database design across SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Redshift, with performance tuning.
• Experience designing integration architectures using ETL/ELT, CDC, event-driven and REST API patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Define target-state data architecture for the Data Intelligence practice with roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Set architecture standards, patterns and reference implementations for engineering teams.
• Translate business needs into end-to-end architectures covering data ingestion, storage, integration and consumption.
• Produce and maintain architecture artefacts including data models, data flow diagrams and architecture decisions.
• Lead or participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
