TMF Group is seeking an experienced Data Architect to define and govern enterprise data architecture, including data models, analytic data layers and platform standards. You will shape how data from across the organization is ingested, stored and consumed for reporting, analytics and AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with engineers, BI developers, product owners and client stakeholders, while ensuring security, performance and cost objectives are met across Azure, Databricks and Snowflake

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; master’s a plus.
• 10+ years in data management, data engineering, or BI; 4+ years in data architecture.
• Expert-level data modelling (dimensional/3NF/data vault) and tooling.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure data services and Snowflake experience is a plus.
• Advanced SQL and design across SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Redshift.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain target-state data architecture across ingestion, storage, integration and consumption layers.
• Lead reference architectures, data models and governance artifacts.
• Evaluate emerging data/AI tech; run proofs of concept; provide build/buy recommendations.
• Translate business needs into end-to-end architectures meeting scalability, security and cost targets.
• Design semantic layers and certified datasets for BI tools; support analytics and AI enablement.
• Provide technical leadership and reviews; collaborate with data engineers and BI developers.
