sa.global in Colombia is seeking a driven Support Architect to maintain and improve HomebuilderONE within D365 Finance and Operations. You will be the primary technical resource for customers, handling issues, tuning performance, and guiding the service team.

This role emphasizes collaboration with product and ISV teams to deliver robust solutions. You will work with a global team to support multiple customers, demonstrate proactive problem-solving, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Business Management or equivalent education and experience is preferable.
• Microsoft certification MB-300 and MB-500 are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Triage customer-reported technical issues in live D365 environments, including HomebuilderONE product, customizations, or third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to deliver technical and non-technical solutions for customer issues.
• Maintain customer environment topologies and mentor other customer service resources.
• Provide technical guidance to customer service team members.
• Work with HomebuilderONE product team to address flaws impacting multiple customers.
