Formación

• Experience resolving technical issues in D365 Finance and Operations.
• Familiarity with D365 customization and extension methods.
• Proficiency with SQL and diagnostic tools for data issues.

Responsabilidades

• Triage technical issues in live D365 environments for HomebuilderONE.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to deliver technical and non-technical solutions.
• Maintain customer environment topologies and mentor team members.
