Job summary

Salvatech is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to guide enterprise clients through discovery, design scalable solutions, and drive implementations to go-live. You will manage multiple client projects in a fast, AI-powered delivery model, delivering high-impact architectures while minimizing technical debt.

Based remotely from Colombia, you will collaborate with U.S. clients, lead workshops, document designs, and ensure successful go-lives with thorough QA and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Solution Architect, Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst or Systems Consultant on Salesforce projects
• Professional services background, managing several client projects with billable hours
• Proven experience leading client discovery sessions and designing solutions
• Advanced English; comfortable leading sessions with U.S. clients
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and consulting sessions with clients to understand their business processes and needs
• Design solutions and technical architecture focused on usability and scalability
• Document solution designs and secure client approval
• Oversee and take part in build work and quality assurance
• Manage implementations to completion, with full documentation
• Run solution walkthroughs with clients and support go-live
• Balance several client projects at once within a billable-hours model
