sa.global in Colombia seeks a driven Support Architect to accelerate HomebuilderONE growth. You’ll maintain the HomebuilderONE system for existing customers and serve as the primary technical solution source for reported issues.

The role requires deep knowledge of D365 F&O, SQL diagnostics, and integration patterns, with the ability to work across a global team and coordinate with third-party ISVs. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• Experience resolving technical issues for customers in D365 Finance and Operations.
• Familiarity with customization and extension methods in D365 F&O.
• Proficient in diagnosing data issues with SQL tools.
• Experience with environment lifecycle management and Git/TFS repositories.

Responsabilidades

• Triage customer-reported issues in live D365 environments for HomebuilderONE.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to deliver technical and non-technical solutions.
• Maintain customer environment topologies and data integrity.
• Mentor and support other customer service resources.
• Provide technical guidance to the service team.
• Work with product teams to address product flaws affecting multiple customers.
