Job summary

Fusion CX in Colombia is seeking Customer Retention and Sales Representatives to support a leading US telecommunications provider. You will engage with customers considering cancelling or changing services and explain suitable options to help them decide to stay.

This role requires strong English communication, negotiation, and empathy. You will use listening and objection-handling skills, align offers with customer needs, and record decisions to contribute to retention, sales, and service

Qualifications

Prior sales, retention, or contact center experience preferred.
Strong English communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Confidence handling objections and discussing prices and promotions.
Goal-oriented approach with sound judgment and customer empathy.
Ability to match solutions to customer needs and follow approved sales practices.

Responsibilities

Speak with customers considering cancellation or changes to their services.
Explore concerns relating to pricing, service experience, or changing needs.
Explain approved offers, promotions, and service options accurately.
Use listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills to identify suitable retention solutions.
Record customer decisions and actions accurately.
Work toward retention, sales, service quality, and customer experience goals.
