Job summary

Fusion CX is hiring Billing and Customer Support Representatives to assist residential customers of a leading US telecommunications provider with outstanding balances, overdue payments, billing questions, and service interruptions related to non-payment.

You will explain account information, help customers understand payment or service solutions, and maintain accurate account notes while following privacy and payment-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service or contact center experience preferred.
• Billing, collections, or payment support experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable discussing amounts owed and payment concerns professionally.
• Ability to follow procedures and record account information accurately.

Responsibilities
