Reach Digital is a fully remote AI-first performance marketing agency helping ecommerce brands scale through creative, paid media, and landing pages. We seek a Creative Strategist to own the creative end-to-end, research ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs for editors, working directly with brand partners and growth/design teams.

You’ll analyze performance, maintain a living strategy doc, and stay current on platform trends to test new concepts for multiple accounts, collaborating with 3–5

Formación

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and what content converts.
• Ability to brainstorm ad angles and bring them to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to learn and embrace feedback, both giving and receiving.
• Comfortable communicating learnings with team and clients.
• Passion for creative strategy and current best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles, and write briefs weekly for editors.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc.
• Stay current on platform trends and translate into testable concepts.
• Collaborate with 3-5 brand partners to develop winning ads.
