Huzzle.com is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the ideation and performance of high-converting marketing campaigns. Located in Colombia, this fully remote role will allow you to own the creative direction while utilizing performance data for continuous optimization. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of relevant experience, strong expertise in paid social platforms, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Formación

• 3-4+ years of experience in a Creative Strategist or similar role.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns through creative testing.
• Strong expertise in paid social platforms including Meta and TikTok.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid media campaigns.
• Lead creative ideation and testing frameworks for performance marketing.
• Analyze campaign data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
• Mentor junior creatives or provide direction where needed.
