Proppel is sourcing a Creative Strategist for a fast-growing UK health and wellness brand expanding globally. You will craft briefs, shape performance-marketing strategy, and generate high-volume ad concepts to fuel rapid growth across new markets.

You will collaborate with video editors and UGC creators, conduct trend research, and iteratively optimize campaigns based on data. This role suits a self-driven professional thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a creative strategist in performance marketing and DTC e-commerce.
• Clear, persuasive briefs for video and static creative.
• Deep understanding of direct response copywriting and consumer psychology.

Responsabilidades

• Write compelling creative briefs for video and static ads guiding production teams.
• Drive performance-marketing strategy for Meta and paid social campaigns with rapid iteration.
• Generate a high volume of ad concepts monthly for the creative flywheel.
• Partner with video editors, UGC creators, and designers to execute briefs.
• Conduct daily research into ad creative, competitor strategies, and trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to refine concepts.

What we're looking for

A top-tier Creative Strategist to join a fast-growing UK health and wellness brand scaling into global markets. A mission-driven DTC supplements company on a serious growth run, expanding rapidly across new territories while building a lean, high-performing marketing team. You'll work within an established creative system where strategy, execution, and results matter most.

What You'll Be Doing

• Write compelling creative briefs for video and static ads that guide our production teams and creators toward high-converting concepts.
• Drive performance-marketing strategy for Meta and paid social campaigns, analyzing what works and iterating rapidly.
• Generate a high volume of ad concepts monthly, feeding our creative flywheel with fresh angles and winning ideas.
• Partner with video editors, UGC creators, and graphic designers to execute briefs and bring creative visions to life.
• Conduct daily research into ad creative, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to refine concepts and improve creative output.

Requirements

• Proven 2+ years of experience as a creative strategist in performance marketing and DTC e-commerce settings.
• Expertise in writing clear, persuasive briefs for both video and static creative.
• Deep understanding of direct response copywriting and consumer psychology.
• Demonstrated success creating concepts for Meta (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) at scale.
• A data-driven approach to creative decisions, paired with strong strategic thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize high-volume output, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in health, wellness, or beauty brands.
• Familiarity with creative analytics tools like Atria, Motion, or Foreplay.
