WITHIN is hiring a Creative Account Manager in Bogota, Colombia to run the day-to-day for a book of consumer brand clients. You will ensure timely, on-scope delivery and grow accounts by spotting new work and coordinating with the Account Director.

Role requires 3–5 years in account management with creative teams, experience with paid social/digital creative for Meta/TikTok/YouTube, and a strong ability to manage client relationships directly. On-site role in Bogota.

Formación

• 3–5 years of account management experience with creative teams, agency or brand side.
• Experience with consumer brands (DTC, retail, ecommerce), not B2B or lead gen.
• Experience shipping paid social/digital creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Proven ability to run client relationships directly, not only support them.
• Demonstrates use of AI in current work.
• Notes a stable job history. Based in Bogota, Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day client communication and relationship management for each account.

• Define contract scope, turnaround commitments and overage terms; flag scope creep and price extra work.
• Interpret creative performance data with the media team and present the next tests to the client.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and build cases with the Account Director.
• Use AI daily on briefs, feedback rollups, recaps and research.

About You:

WITHIN is hiring a Creative Account Manager in Bogota, Colombia to run the day to day for a book of consumer brand clients: strong work out the door on time and on scope, tied to results, and accounts that grow. If you work hard, use AI to move faster and want to be the best at what you do, this role is for you.

What You'll Own:

• Day-to-day client communication and the relationship on every account you run
• Creative rounds end to end: brief, feedback, revisions and delivery across static, video and UGC
• Each contract's scope, turnaround commitments and overage terms. Flag scope creep early and price the extra work
• Creative performance: read results with the media team and bring the client the next test
• Growth: spot new work inside existing accounts and build the case with your Account Director
• Speed: use AI every day on briefs, feedback rollups, recaps and research
• Clean project management: every Asana task has an owner and a due date

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of account management working with creative teams, agency or brand side
• Consumer brand experience (DTC, retail, ecommerce), not B2B or lead gen
• Has shipped paid social and digital creative for channels like Meta, TikTok and YouTube
• Has run client relationships directly, not only supported them
• Can show how they use AI in their work today
• Stable job history
• Based in Bogota, Colombia

Nice to Have:
