Jobtailor is seeking a Telecommunications Roaming Engineer to configure and troubleshoot roaming agreements in core networks with a focus on IREG and TADIG processes. You will analyze data and implement improvements to operations.

You will work on HLR/HSS, STP, DRA, SGSN, MME, DNS, MSC, and IMS configurations, monitor roaming flows, and provide weekly progress and incident reports.

Formación

• Experiência em configuração de acordos de roaming em redes de telecomunicações.
• Conhecimento de sinais SS7, Diameter e SIP.

Responsabilidades

• Configurar novos acordos de roaming em redes centrais (HLR/HSS, STP, DRA, SGSN, MME, DNS, MSC, IMS).
• Investigar falhas durante testes e após o lançamento de novos acordos de roaming.
• Coletar e analisar traces para entender fluxos de roaming durante implementação.
• Gerar relatórios semanais sobre progresso e incidentes do processo IREG.

Descripción del empleo

• Configure new Roaming agreements in the Core Network, including HLR/HSS, STP, DRA, SGSN, MME, DNS, MSC, and IMS
• Troubleshoot during the testing phase for new roaming agreements
• Troubleshoot post-launch issues for new roaming agreements
• Capture and analyze traces to understand Roaming flows during implementation of new roaming agreements
• Implement processes that improve usual business operations (Business as Usual)
• Follow up with the different areas involved to advance IREG and TADIG processes
• Generate weekly reports detailing progress and incidents related to the IREG process
• Monitor and interpret data and take necessary actions to ensure proper operation of Roaming services
