Jobtailor in Bogotá is seeking a Senior Corporate IT leader to oversee the corporate IT function, infrastructure, networking, and vendor relations. You will drive a structured service-management model, establish SLAs, dashboards, and a roadmap to improve reliability and security.

You will build a high-performing CorpIT team and lead complex incidents across networks, endpoints, and SaaS platforms while partnering with cross-functional leaders to optimize costs and deliver strategic outcomes.

Formación

  • 7+ years in Corporate IT, IT operations, infrastructure, networking, or service management.
  • 2+ years leading teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT operations or corporate technology teams.
  • Hands-on technical depth to guide incident and deployment resolution.
  • Experience implementing ITIL-like incident, request, problem, change, asset, and knowledge management.
  • Experience building SLAs, prioritization frameworks, and continuous-improvement routines.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with cloud-managed corporate infrastructure is a plus.
  • ISO 27001, ITGC, or SOC 2 exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead Addi’s Corporate IT function, team, infrastructure, networking, and vendors.
  • Establish and operate a structured IT service-management model with intake channels, ownership, priorities, SLAs, escalation paths, and stakeholder communications.
  • Define service baselines and annual targets for response time, resolution time, SLA attainment, backlog age, reopen rate, and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a visible weekly service dashboard and eliminate root causes of high-volume ticket categories.
  • Build and develop a high-performing CorpIT team with clear roles, service ownership, coverage expectations, operating cadences, 1:1s, feedback, and development plans.
  • Lead complex incidents and escalations across networks, endpoints, identity, collaboration tools, office connectivity, and critical SaaS platforms.
  • Own the CorpIT roadmap and deliver network upgrades, office connectivity improvements, endpoint lifecycle enhancements, tooling migrations, monitoring enhancements, automation, and service-management maturity projects.
  • Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, internet links, firewalls, and network segmentation.
  • Establish capacity, redundancy, monitoring, backup, and recovery standards for corporate infrastructure.
  • Maintain hardware, software, license, vendor, contract, warranty, and ownership inventories across the asset lifecycle.
  • Ensure endpoint baselines, patching, configuration, encryption, and device management meet security and audit requirements.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, service performance, escalations, renewals, and costs.
  • Produce the operating budget and forecast, identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Build relationships with People, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Workplace, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and business leaders.

Requirements
  • 7+ years in Corporate IT, IT operations, infrastructure, networking, or service management
  • 2+ years leading teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT operations or corporate technology teams
  • Experience setting expectations, delegating, coaching, and managing performance
  • Hands-on technical depth to guide incident and deployment resolution
  • Experience implementing incident, request, problem, change, asset, and knowledge management practices
  • Experience building support tiers, SLAs, prioritization frameworks, and continuous-improvement routines
  • ITIL certification desired but not required
  • Strong Level 1/Level 2 support experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, identity, SaaS, peripherals, and connectivity issues
  • Experience handling complex, multi-layer escalations under time pressure
  • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewalls, and QoS
  • Experience implementing or operating network monitoring and alerting
  • Experience owning cross-functional IT projects end to end
  • Experience forecasting and optimizing hardware, software, connectivity, and support spend
  • Experience negotiating and managing vendor SLAs, escalations, and renewals
  • Experience with least privilege, MFA/SSO, endpoint hardening, patching, encryption, and secure configuration
  • Experience managing hardware, software, and license inventories throughout the asset lifecycle
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience with cloud-managed corporate infrastructure is a plus
  • Regulated-environment experience and exposure to ISO 27001, ITGC, or SOC 2 is a plus
