Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Team Lead Controllership in Colombia on a hybrid basis. You will lead the completeness and accuracy of US and Local GAAP and tax reporting, coordinating with country tax centers and auditors.

You will oversee balance sheet and income statement processes, including equity, royalties, and marketing costs, while ensuring internal controls and SOX compliance across LATAM jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience with external audit (Big Four preferred).
• Strong Excel, accounting principles, and controls knowledge.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of US and Local GAAP & Tax reporting.
• Oversee general accounting for balance sheet and income statement processes.
• Manage local travel and expense administration and standardization.
