Kenvue seeks a Team Lead Controllership in Latin America region, based in Bogotá. You will oversee statutory ledgers, tax accounting, and close cycles, interacting with internal and external audit teams. Strong US GAAP, SOX knowledge, and ERP proficiency are required.

The role reports to Finance Controller, supports global tax and governance processes, and involves cross‑functional collaboration within LATAM jurisdictions. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Formación

• Advanced Excel and strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles and internal controls (SOX).
• Knowledge of local regulations outside Colombia.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure complete and accurate GAAP & tax reporting for US and local entities.
• Oversee balance sheet and income statement processes and closings.
• Manage travel and expense administration and global taxonomy alignment.
