Job summary

Medtronic plc in Bogotá is seeking an Associate Contract & Payment Specialist to handle contract records and payments with a strong focus on accuracy and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Legal, LATAM and international teams to draft and process agreements, approvals, and related billing tasks while maintaining compliance and audit trails. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, with 1-2 years in contracts.
• English intermediate; reporting/analytical experience is advantageous.
• Medical Device Industry experience is advantageous; familiarity with SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process requests to create contract records.
• Nominate and link contracts in HCPE Engage platform.
• Partner with Legal and LATAM teams for consulting agreements and other contract needs.
• Process invoices, check requests and other billing requirements.
• Perform audits on incoming requests.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures or instructive documents related to your assigned Cluster.
• Communicate effectively to internal and external customers via phone, email and systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute tasks in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track requests/project/system status, budgets and tasks progress.
• Update and reconcile payments reports.
