The role involves drafting, reviewing, and preparing routine legal documents using templates, and compiling data related to contracts and cases for attorneys.

You will maintain templates and document management systems, coordinate trainings, and update IP-related sites.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and prepare routine legal agreements using templates.

• Summarize deal points for attorneys and maintain templates.
• Respond to routine correspondence and prepare standard legal documents.
• Use document management systems to track and share information.
• Coordinate internal training sessions and events by the law department.
• Maintain intranet/external sites for IP-related topics.
• Prepare documents and arrange payments for trademark maintenance.
