Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews and prepares routine legal agreements and documents using templates.
• Compiles data related to a legal case or contract preparation.
• Summarizes deal points for attorneys and maintains templates.
• Coordinates training sessions and maintains intranet/external site related to IP/paralegal duties.
