Qualifications

Must-Have

• Excellent English writing skills with clear, engaging, grammatically correct content and personality
• At least 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong social media fluency across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter/X
• Proven ability to research and analyze trends and keywords
• High computer proficiency and comfort learning new software tools
• Ability to follow frameworks, templates, and structured guidelines
• Portfolio demonstrating authentic voice and writing style
• Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in course creation, journalism, or social media content
• WordPress or CMS experience
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Phrase or SEO Surfer
• Understanding of keyword research and search ranking concepts
• Experience transforming rough drafts or notes into polished articles
• Basic understanding of content marketing principles

Responsibilities

Primary Focus - Content Writing

• Transform provided core content and notes into polished, engaging articles
• Write 2 to 3 articles per week depending on depth and complexity
• Optimize content using provided SEO tools such as Phrase and SEO Surfer
• Follow established guidelines, frameworks, and scripts when provided
• Ensure content is grammatically accurate, well-structured, and compelling
• Utilize WordPress or CMS platforms when applicable

Secondary Focus - Social Media Research

• Conduct social media research within the client\'s niche
• Navigate multiple social platforms to identify trends and opportunities
• Perform keyword research to identify ranking, trending, and underperforming topics
• Use software tools to analyze content performance and identify growth opportunities
• Research competitors and identify content gaps
• Provide actionable insights on content types that resonate within the niche
