Job summary

Medtronic Bogotá, Colombia, is hiring a Compliance professional to support the Centroamérica cluster. You will ensure ethical conduct, manage regulatory risk, and advise on governance with Healthcare Providers and Organizations.

Requires 2–3 years in compliance or related fields, advanced English, and project management. Proficient with dashboards and Power BI; hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 at home in Bogota.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (see above)
• 2–3 years in Compliance, Business Ethics, Risk Management, Internal Audit or Regulatory Affairs
• Advanced English and strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff act in accordance with ethical standards and protect company reputation
• Act as a strategic business partner for the cluster's commercial operations
• Provide regulatory and compliance guidance on interactions with Healthcare Providers and Healthcare Organizations
• Lead projects to simplify and improve processes
• Develop, implement, administer, and certify compliance policies and procedures
