DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Analyst, Compensation, based in Bogota, Colombia. This role supports compensation program execution, data management, reporting, and process delivery to ensure accurate total rewards for employees.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in compensation or HR operations, strong Excel and HRIS skills, and fluency in English with Spanish preferred. Global collaboration and compliance experience are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced degree or coursework in HR or Compensation preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of compensation processes, including salary reviews and incentive cycles
• Maintain and update compensation data in HR systems
• Assist with data validation, audits and issue resolution
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR, Finance and stakeholders
• Support market pricing and benchmarking activities
• Respond to routine compensation inquiries
• Assist with documentation, guides, and knowledge materials
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure policy compliance
