Competenze

• 10+ years sales experience in Trade Marketing and at least 5 years in commercial leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of digital transformation in the sales division.
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills; able to coach teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate growth.
• Understand customer requirements and meet their needs.
• Oversee forecasting, recruiting, training, hiring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and BI to shorten sales cycles and drive revenue.
• Lead annual sales calendar with initiatives and incentives.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior management.
• Ensure smooth transition to digital selling models.
• Build relationships with consultants to drive regional growth.
• Provide training and coaching, including virtual sessions.
