  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage commercial and contractual activities across bids, client engagements, and account portfolios.
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of commercial agreements and contract documents.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, contractual, and operational risks.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Support contract governance processes, commercial controls, and engagement reviews.
  • Contribute to pricing, commercial modeling, and profitability discussions where required.
