JPMorgan Chase in Bogotá is hosting a structured training and development program for undergraduate students and recent graduates. You will gain exposure to trade support activities, from data maintenance to front-to-back reconciliations, while being mentored by experienced professionals.

The program runs for an initial 6 months with potential extension up to 24 months, and requires full-time, in-person attendance in Bogotá.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Full-time commitment.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Interest in finance; derivatives knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support front office with trade capture and reconciliation.
• Maintain system reference data and trade bookings.
• Assist with SOPs and SharePoint sites.
• Collaborate with offshore teams on trade lifecycle.
• Align business requirements with technology.
• Develop analytics to improve processes.
