JPMorgan Chase in Colombia offers a structured training and development program for undergraduate students and recent graduates. The role focuses on supporting Cross Border / Cross Currency payment solutions within the Product Management team, with full-time, in-person availability in Bogotá.

The program includes collaboration with client-facing teams, Markets, Risk, Technology, Compliance and Legal, and aims to build solid professional networks while developing key technical and interpersonal

Formación

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the product development cycle, including roadmap tracking and backlog prioritization.
• Coordinate with Technology teams to document business requirements and support development/testing.
• Contribute to commercialization through sales materials, client documentation and training resources.
• Provide research and coordination support for discussions with local regulators and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and assist in risk mitigation and growth opportunities.
