JPMorganChase in Bogotá is launching a Drive the Future program for undergraduate students and recent graduates. The role is full-time and in-person, based in Bogotá, offering exposure to Markets Sales & Solutions and hands-on involvement across sales, trading, structuring, research, and banking functions.

Participants will support market insights, pricing analyses, client solutions, and initiatives across FX, rates, credit, and derivatives while developing technical, analytical, and commercial

Formación

• Bachelor's degree student in final semester or recent graduate in relevant fields.
• Full-time commitment and in-person availability in Bogotá.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with interest in financial markets.
• Proficiency in AI tools to boost productivity and efficiency.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Programming, automation, or data analytics skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales team with market analysis and client coverage activities.
• Prepare pricing analyses, client presentations, market updates, and materials.
• Contribute to hedging, investment, and financing solution design.
• Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, Banking, Research to support opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings and internal discussions with senior members.
• Assist with transaction follow-up, processes, controls, and documentation.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of risk, compliance, and control standards.
