Formación

• Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Full‑time commitment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong track record in finance with knowledge of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products. Derivative’s know-how is highly desirable.
• Understanding of derivative transactions and trade events like recouping's and unwinds is a plus.
• Knowledge of some programming tool such as VBA, Python, R or others is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of region, products, market/industry and client base is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Control environment and document safekeeping.
• Provide support to the front office and sales team to process trade capture, reconciliation and lifecycle management in an organized and diligent manner.
• Contribute analysis of new product or system implementations.
• Partner with offshore teams to process offshore trade management and life-cycling.
• Help to develop SOP`s and SharePoint sites to consolidate operational models in an organized environment.
• Align business requirements with technology to enhance current operational models to comply with FO business priorities.
