JPMorgan Chase in Bogotá invites undergraduates and recent graduates to join a structured 6‑month program, with potential extension up to 24 months, based on performance. The role is full‑time, in‑person, within the Sales and Trade Support team, focusing on trade capture, reconciliations and lifecycle management for Colombia CEM desk activities in offshore and onshore markets.

Candidates should be pursuing a related degree, be fluent in English, and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Full-time commitment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong track record in finance with knowledge of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products. Derivative's know-how is highly desirable.
• Understanding of derivative transactions and trade events like recouping's and unwinds is a plus.
• Knowledge of some programming tool such as VBA, Python, R or others is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of region, products, market/industry and client base is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity

Responsabilidades

• Control environment and document safekeeping.
• Provide support to the front office and sales team to process trade capture, reconciliation and lifecycle management in an organized and diligent manner.
• Contribute analysis of new product or system implementations.
• Partner with offshore teams to process offshore trade management and life-cycling.
• Help to develop SOP`s and SharePoint sites to consolidate operational models in an organized environment.
• Help the S&TS team to align business requirements with technology to enhance current operational models to comply with FO business priorities.
