DHL Express is seeking a Collections Senior Supervisor to own end-to-end collections, optimize working capital, and drive cash performance in a global environment. You will lead a team, partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to recover accounts receivable, reduce DSO, and strengthen internal controls.

This role requires 7–10 years in collections, 3–5 years in leadership, advanced English, and a Finance-related degree.

• Partner with Sales, Credit, and Customer Service to resolve disputes
• Oversee bad debt, write-offs, and recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with global credit and collection policies
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing collections team
• Support audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements

About The Role

As a Collections Senior Supervisor, you will lead and oversee end-to-end collections operations, ensuring timely recovery of accounts receivable while minimizing credit risk. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to drive cash flow performance, resolve disputes, and continuously improve OTC processes. Reporting to the OTC CX Senior Manager, this role is critical in delivering financial targets and strengthening internal controls.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or OTC
• 3–5 years in leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong expertise in working capital, DSO, and cash flow management
• Proven experience managing large and complex customer portfolios
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience in multinational or shared service environments
• Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Advanced English (mandatory)
