Angel City VA Recruitment is seeking a Patient Recruiter to identify, engage, and guide prospective participants through the clinical trial recruitment process across multiple studies.

The role serves as the primary contact for outreach, pre-screening, scheduling, and follow-up, ensuring qualified participants are informed and prepared for study participation while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage diverse patient populations
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) or proficiency in another language reflective of the patient population served
• Experience in patient recruitment, healthcare outreach, or clinical research recruitment preferred

Responsabilidades

• Execute patient recruitment, outreach, pre-screening, scheduling, and follow-up activities per study protocols and regulatory standards
• Maintain accountability for recruitment metrics including outreach activity, referrals, enrollment contribution, documentation quality, and follow-up
• Follow approved recruitment workflows to ensure a consistent patient experience across studies and locations
• Protect patient confidentiality by documenting recruitment activities and communications accurately in real time
• Escalate barriers or risks promptly to support enrollment goals and timelines
