Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Clinical Supply processes including manufacturing, handling, importing, shipping, auditing, labeling and packaging.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to handle confidential issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of study drug, comparator, and depot management activities.
• Coordinates with vendors and supports vendor management when clinical supply services are outsourced.
• Requests and reviews vendor quotations, ensuring pricing, scope, quantities, and services meet internal client requirements.
• Creates and manages Purchase Orders (POs) in line with global procedures, internal agreements, approvals, and financial controls.
• Manages vendors to provide clinical supply services, ensuring timelines, costs, and deliverables are met.
• Oversees PO balances, vendor charges, service costs, and invoice status; liaises with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Demonstrates financial literacy by understanding quotations, pricing, invoice items, taxes, fees, and vendor charges.
• Participates in cross-functional teams and project meetings; ensures compliance with Good Practices and client requirements.
• Completes ongoing training related to clinical supplies, GxP activities, and applicable regulations.
