Dialectica is seeking an Associate in the Client Service Team for the September 2026 intake. You will act as a knowledge broker, pairing clients with industry experts to address knowledge gaps while building skills in sales, communications, and project management.

You will work across multiple client projects, reaching out to potential experts via phone and email, and coordinating connections between clients and experts with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Formación

• 0-3 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written.
• Participation in extracurricular activities with proven records of leadership.
• Strong interest and passion for the business world.

Responsabilidades

• Review client project briefs to understand knowledge gaps and research industries to identify relevant experts.
• Utilize phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to connect with experts.
• Screen experts for suitability and relevance to client needs prior to introductions.

Educación

Bachelor's degree or higher
