RS2 is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Client Delivery with at least 3 years in card payments to own the solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to UAT. Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Computing, Computer Science, or related ICT field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Card Payments and Payment Processing.
• End-to-end business requirements gathering, use case mapping, and functional design experience.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong UAT facilitation, test design oversight, and sign-off expertise.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to lead client sessions.
• Willingness to work onsite with Malta/client time zone.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, user stories, use cases, and technical design specifications for change requests and system enhancements.
• Act as a functional reference point and subject matter expert, assisting technical teams with use case definition and database design concepts.
• Provide product setup and system configuration based on documented business and functional requirements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients regarding ongoing deliverables, implementation projects, and change/service requests.
• Facilitate client-facing and internal meetings to align delivery schedules with business objectives.
• Drive project delivery timelines and release schedules in accordance with agreed client SLAs.
• Create functional design documents and high-level test cases to support regression and functional test suite generation.
• Review detailed test cases with the QA team to confirm alignment with end-user requirements.
• Represent end users during the UAT phase, actively supporting client testing, resolving functional queries, and driving timely release sign-offs.
• Work closely with Delivery, Technical, and QA teams to validate system behavior prior to formal deployment.
• Lead knowledge transfer initiatives across cross-functional teams during requirements handovers.
• Mentor and provide functional leadership to other team members where applicable.
• Identify process efficiency opportunities to enhance delivery speed, documentation standards, and implementation quality.
• Adapt to shifting work hours where required: initially working Malta working hours during induction and training phase, and transitioning to client working hours.
• Availability and willingness to work onsite at the client's premises on a full-time basis.
