RS2 is seeking a Business Support Analyst – Client Focus in Colombia to manage the full client lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support. The role blends business analysis, client relationship management, service delivery and production support in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in card payments, strong SQL skills, and proven ability to coordinate changes, testing and releases while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Card Payments.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for changes or enhancements.
• Familiarity with UAT, release management and production support processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for change requests and enhancements.
• Coordinate delivery activities, testing, UAT and release management processes.
• Support solution configuration, validation, and implementation activities.
• Act as primary liaison for production incidents, service requests and escalations.
• Ensure SLA compliance and effective communication between clients and delivery teams.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
