Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of project management or similar experience in an agency setting.
• Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
• Strong working knowledge of Asana.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
• Proficiency with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Advertising, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Experience managing and overseeing social media campaigns.
• Experience reporting and interpreting analytics on campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of marketing projects, interfacing with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure client success.
• Generate estimates and invoices for client work.
• Provide support for social media, email marketing, and related tasks as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends in search, display, and social media.
