Advising & Recruiting, a Houston-based marketing and communications consulting firm, seeks a Project Manager to coordinate campaigns across platforms and guide creative teams.

You will work with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, while tracking progress and reporting metrics.

The role requires 3-5 years PM experience in an agency, strong Asana skills, excellent communication, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in an agency setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Asana.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• English at least B2+/C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of marketing projects with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track and report project progress.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; troubleshoot issues.
• Generate estimates and invoices for client work.
• Support social media and email marketing tasks as required.
