Overview

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of insurance claims? As a Claims Advocate Associate at Gallagher, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality claims processes. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to clients, helping them navigate claims with confidence and clarity.

How you'll make an impact

• Ensure claims are accurately validated, organized, and documented to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with Advocates across multiple coverage lines to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues, and flag potential risks.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including carriers, producers, and third-party administrators, to drive collaboration and resolve challenges.
• Contribute to team success by sharing updates, coordinating tasks, and maintaining alignment with peers.
• Leverage your expertise in claims lifecycle, coverage concepts, and industry standards to deliver exceptional results.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in claims-related processes, with exposure to lines of business like Auto, Property, Directors & Officers (D&O), Management Liability, and General Liability.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Thrives in high-pressure environments and can manage time-sensitive deliverables with ease.
• Brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a detail-oriented approach to their work.
• Is collaborative, approachable, and responsive, with a commitment to building positive relationships.
• Has a deep understanding of claims terminology, coverage principles, investigative practices, and industry best practices.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree (required) and claims-related certifications (desirable).
