Cloudstaff in Colombia is hiring a Transportation Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard drivers across CDL classes and Non-CDL roles. You will manage the full lifecycle, ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, and partner with operations to fill roles quickly.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with job boards and driving schools, while maintaining confidential candidate records and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Formación

• Experience in transportation or logistics recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Experience recruiting CDL (Class A/B/C) and non-CDL drivers.
• Familiarity with Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) and pre-employment compliance.
• Knowledge of California and multi-state hiring requirements preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, source, and hire Class A/B/C CDL and non-CDL drivers.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess driving experience and fit.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Verify qualifications and compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Review applications, MVRs, background checks and drug test results.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment records.
• Build relationships with job boards, schools, and referral sources.
• Partner with operations and safety to meet staffing needs.
• Maintain positive candidate experience through the process.
