Beezwide is seeking an experienced Spanish bilingual Case Manager to support a U.S.-based law firm. You will handle cases in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Immigration, Employment, and Estate & Elder Law, guiding matters from intake to resolution while maintaining meticulous records.

Responsibilities include managing client communications in English and Spanish, coordinating with attorneys and providers, and ensuring deadlines are met in a remote environment.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal in a U.S. law firm.
• Experience in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Immigration, Employment Law, or Estate & Elder Law.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong client communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience using legal case management software such as Clio, Filevine, MerusCase, Litify, or similar.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with English and Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and text.
• Conduct client intakes and gather required documentation.
• Request, organize, and review medical, employment, immigration, or estate-related records.
• Maintain detailed case notes and update the case management system.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties.
• Schedule appointments, deadlines, hearings, and follow-ups.
• Prepare legal correspondence and assist with administrative case management tasks.
• Ensure deadlines are met and cases remain organized and progressing efficiently.

Beezwide is hiring an experienced Spanish Bilingual Case Manager to support a U.S.-based law firm. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with prior experience in one or more of the following U.S. practice areas:

• Personal Injury (PI)
• Workers' Compensation
• Immigration
• Employment Law
• Family Law

Employment:

• Full-time
• Part-time (15-20 hours/week)
