Softtek in Bogotá is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our financial services team. This role focuses on capturing and validating business needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into actionable technology solutions.

You will create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and support data flows, system integrations, and regulatory alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication and workshop facilitation are essential for success.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Experience within the financial services or banking industry.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
• • ACH (Automated Clearing House) processes and payment systems.
• • Actimize Fraud Management solutions.
• • Core Banking platforms, including Fiserv.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Ability to create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience performing process analysis and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Strong understanding of systems integrations, data flows, and business processes within financial environments.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and requirements.
• Conduct structured analysis of business processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance.
• Elicit, document, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create business process flows, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable solution designs.
• Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Support solution design, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology solutions.
• Support project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis, business insights, and industry best practices.
