Adidas Global Business Services in Bogotá is seeking a Procurement & Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support Ariba Guided Buying, Fieldglass rollout, and SAP testing. You will advise on process improvements, respond to technical questions, and help ensure policy compliance across the Americas region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, procurement or related field.
• 2+ years of business experience, preferably in Procurement or Customer Service.
• Excellent understanding of Ariba purchasing systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Procurement and/or Operations.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Advanced literacy in MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Quality Checks on purchase requests on an ad hoc basis.
• Support rollout of Ariba Guided Buying & Fieldglass.
• Test and support SAP functionalities and new tooling implementations.
• Assist the business and team with process and technical questions.
• Handle escalations and contribute to future problem-solving.
• Assist Team Leads with reporting and data analysis.
• Ensure policy compliance and monitor KPIs across operations.
• Identify and implement improvements in D2PO processes.
• Participate in process standardization, automation, and simplification.
• Provide onboarding support and training to new joiners.
• Align with category managers on policy/document updates.
• Provide ARIBA helpdesk support for the Americas markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Quality Checks on all Purchase requests on a adhoc basis
• Support Roll-out of ARIBA Guided Buying & Fieldglass
• Support and/or drive testing activities of new functionalities in SAP systems, participate in the implementation of new tools and processes (e.g. Ariba, Fieldglass)
• Support Business and team on Process and technical-related questions.
• Solve escalations and work on problem-solving for the future
• Support Team Leads in reporting and data analysis.
• Ensure policy compliance and KPIs throughout the entire operations.
• Identify, drive and manage implementation improvements along the operational D2PO processes
• Work on process, standardization, automation and simplification activities
• Responsible to ensure up-to-date process GBS.NTP documentation.
• Provide onboarding support and training to new joiners.
• Align with NTP Category Managers on category-specific policy and documentation updates.
• Provide Helpdesk support in ARIBA for Americas markets, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and operational support across different stakeholders and business units.
• Support compliance monitoring activities by identifying risks, gaps and process deviations, while proposing corrective and preventive actions.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, finance, procurement or legal, or comparable professional education.
• 2+ years business experience, preferably in Procurement area & Customer Service, Administrative functions experience.
• Excellent understanding of Ariba purchasing systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Procurement and/or Operations.
• Eagerness to learn and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to independently interact with different stakeholders.
• Action oriented and solution minded team player with a process-oriented mindset.
• Advanced literacy in MS Office tools.
