Opella Healthcare Colombia S.A.S. in Bogotá is seeking a Business Analysis Controlling Analyst to strengthen cost control, forecasting and reporting across the organization. You will partner with business and finance teams to deliver reliable financial data and insights that drive performance.

This role emphasizes modeling, collaboration, and leading initiatives while embedding sustainability and social impact into decisions. Advanced English and hands-on ERP experience (SAP, TM1) are required.

Formación

• Experience in financial analysis, controlling or accounting.
• Strong understanding of cost management and reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and reporting tools (TM1).
• Advanced level of English (B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly closing activities with cost and operating expense reporting.
• Review accruals, expense classification and financial data in local systems.
• Analyze country and regional costs including headcount trends.
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and drivers.
• Maintain data quality and support financial systems and master data processes.
• Contribute to internal control and audit activities for compliance.

As a Business Analysis Controlling Analyst, you will support financial decision-making by ensuring accurate cost control, forecasting and reporting. You will partner with business and finance teams to provide clear insights, strengthen financial processes and help drive performance across the organization. You will play a key role in delivering reliable financial data, identifying opportunities and supporting strategic planning. Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide. Mentor and uplift emerging talent while pushing your own growth and influence. Main responsibilities:

• Support monthly closing activities, ensuring accuracy in cost and operating expense reporting.
• Review and manage accruals, expense classification and financial data in local systems.
• Analyze country and regional costs, including structural costs, personnel expenses and headcount trends.
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities and key cost drivers.
• Maintain data quality and support financial systems and master data processes.
• Contribute to internal control and audit activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.

About you:

Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting with a strong understanding of cost management and reporting. Strong experiencie in Opex processes and closing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly. Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work effectively and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work with diverse teams. Degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and reporting tools (such as TM1). Advanced level of English, B2 or Higher.
