Opella is seeking a Performance Analytics Head in Colombia to lead the analytics function and shape how performance is measured across the business. You will supervise a team of analysts and work with finance, marketing, operations, and technology to drive data-driven decisions.

You will develop measurement frameworks, deliver executive-ready insights, and partner with senior leadership to optimize growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Formación

• 7+ years in performance analytics, BI, or similar field, with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate clearly to executives.
• Experience leading teams and promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English; executive storytelling capabilities.

• Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of business performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports, business reviews, and executive presentations translating complex analyses into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with teams across finance, marketing, operations, and technology to ensure alignment on performance objectives and measurement standards.

About The Job

The Performance Analytics Head will oversee the company’s performance analytics strategy, driving data-driven insights to optimize operations, improve decision-making, and enhance overall business performance. This leadership role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and working cross-functionally with various departments to monitor, assess, and improve the company's performance in key areas.

• Lead the performance analytics function, aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and key performance indicators across multiple business functions.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of business performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

About You

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in performance analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Experience leading and developing teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills, with strong presentation and executive storytelling capabilities.
• Experience in the healthcare, consumer health, pharmaceutical, or related industry is an advantage.
