Hilton, Bogota-based remote role, seeks an experienced Manager of Brand Performance Support to analyze, implement, and provide resources for hotel leaders across CALA. You will deliver actionable insights and support to improve commercial results, Honors, guest experience, and QA.

Reporting to the Senior Director BPS CALA, you will partner with leadership across 300+ hotels, travel 40–50%, and oversee strategic brand initiatives that differentiate properties and elevate performance.

Competenze

• Eight years of hospitality experience with operations and commercial strategy.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willing to travel up to 40-50%.
• Experience with multi-property portfolios and cross-functional teams.

• Develop strategic plans to meet brand and business objectives via market visits, reviews, and virtual consultations.
• Partner with hotel leadership to optimize revenue, market share, and guest satisfaction.
