Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market indicators, prescriptions, sales and inventory.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with distributors and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of regional marketing plans to contribute to sales and market share objectives.
• Collect, analyze and track key business indicators to support local decision-making.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Trade and Supply teams and external distributors for campaigns and market activities.
• Support the Medical team in planning and implementing medical strategy activities.
• Assist with development and monitoring of digital marketing activities with internal media and external agencies.
• Provide operational and analytical support for pre-marketing activities, product launches and post-launch follow-up.
• Track promotional and media budgets and support resource allocation for local initiatives.
