Job summary

BetterPros is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join a client project in Florida. This is a full-time remote role requiring availability in EST. You will produce SD through CD sets and manage permit documents with a PM who interfaces with the client.

The role covers multifamily and other commercial building types, requiring strong Revit and Bluebeam skills and a solid grasp of the US project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM modeling or RevIt architecture experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam for plan sets and redlines.
• Experience on Residential Multifamily projects and full SD–CD lifecycle in US projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models in Revit during SD and DD phases.
• Produce SD and DD plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Prepare Permit Sets for local authorities submission.
• Produce full CD sets for GC delivery.
• Incorporate redlines accurately under PM guidance.
• Support drafting tasks with the BetterPros PM as client liaison.
• Work on multifamily, condos, office, medical or commercial projects; exclude single-family.

Are you a detail-oriented BIM Modeler with advanced Revit skills and solid experience in multifamily residential projects? Do you enjoy working as part of a team, taking ownership of your tasks while following the lead of a Project Manager who connects you to the client?

We’re looking for a BIM Modeler to join one of our clients based in Florida. This is a full-time remote position, and you must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do:

• Develop 3D models in Revit during the SD and DD phases.
• Produce SD and DD sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Prepare Permit Sets for submission to local authorities.
• Produce full CD sets for delivery to the General Contractor.
• Accurately pick up and implement redlines throughout the SD and CD phases with special attention to detail.
• Handle drafting tasks under the guidance of a BetterPros Project Manager, who serves as the main point of contact with the end client.
• Work on a wide variety of building types, including multifamily residential, condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial projects (all building

What you'll need to know:

• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Architect.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam for redlines and document review.
• Proven experience working on Residential Multifamily projects.
• Experience on a wide variety of projects (condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and similar building types).
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle (SD through CD) in US projects.
• Hands-on experience with concrete, wood framing, and steel framing systems.
